Return Process

  Carefully pack the garment in its original luxury box; our team will review your request and provide a return authorization code once the item's condition is verified.

  Secure Shipping

  Ship the parcel back to our flagship studio using a tracked courier service to ensure the handcrafted pieces reach us safely for processing.

  Resolution

  Upon receiving and approving the returned item, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your exchanged size within 7 to 10 business days.
