What is your return and exchange policy?

Unused and unstitched items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are found to be defective or incorrect. Please note that custom-stitched outfits are non-returnable.

Due to the delicate nature of our hand-embellished fabrics and premium embroideries, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only to maintain the garment's longevity.
